We usually ship via FedEx and UPS, however we do use various freight carriers for larger/heavier orders. Other options such as DHL and USPS are available by request.
Customer Provided Shipping Account
You can send your own shipping account information to us during the order checkout process. Select the “Use My Own Shipping Account” option and fill out the short form that appears.
For orders sent worldwide, we use Fedex, UPS and various freight carriers when needed for larger/heavier orders.
Orders received by 1 pm (CST) are usually processed and shipped the same day based on availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Maestro, Solo and American Express for delivery to the card registered address. If you need to deliver to a family or work address we can help, additional proof of identity will be required to help avoid malicious use of your card.
In order to ensure we can despatch your goods as quickly as possible, credit and debit card payments are taken at the point of order.
We also accept Paypal, cheques and bank transfers. You can select any of these payment methods from the basket page. Full details of how to use these options and any fees available at checkout.
Our website is designed to help you through the purchasing process. You can place your order online or over the phone at the same great price and we’ll email a copy of your order request to you. By placing your order online or over the phone you agree to the following terms.
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchases from Goya Direct. If you change your mind after placing your order you can cancel at any time before the goods are despatched, regardless of the reason. There is no cost for cancelling your order before despatch.
You can also cancel your order within 14 days from the day following delivery.
New and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with limited exceptions. Confirmed returns are usually processed within four weeks of GoyaDirect.com’s receipt of the returned item (to cover transit and processing time).
If you need to return an item, simply download, complete, and send back the RMA Form below. A 15% restocking charge may be charged for returns of non-defective items. You will receive email confirmation when your request has been verified and processed.
